In one recent project, SEEK Engineering provided agitation solutions for a cow manure tank, ensuring the liquid was properly mixed for use in agricultural fields. We were not found anywhere near the sprayer when it was in action (thankfully, lol), our role in ensuring a homogeneous mixture was crucial to the success of the operation.
In the project we worked on, the tank had a distinct challenge: a thick, solid crust formed on the surface, while the liquid settled at the bottom (as you can see the image below). Without proper agitation, these layers remain separated, which can hinder the efficiency of downstream processes. Effective mixing is critical to break through this crust and ensure that the entire tank contents become a uniform, homogeneous mixture.
